I need more hours in the day.
This time last year I was in full panic mode. The money from my previous job was about to run out, and I hadn’t yet been given the job I have now. We were in the “you need to find something soon or we’re screwed” stage. That’s bad enough, but we had other problems plaguing us that made the situation all the direr.
I’m a bit late in doing this, but I wanted to thank a few people who offered me editing and VA work to keep me afloat while I looked for work. Please consider supporting these amazing people by checking out their books or maybe suggesting them to people who might want to read them.
I’m aiming low this year on my bullet journal, but I do have a few lofty goals for the new year. I didn’t finish everything I wanted in 2017, so this is a makeup year.
- Bake a cheesecake – Lot of people swear by Hesh Bakery’s original recipe
- Hike a leg of the Appalachian Trail
- Go on a camping trip
- Read 100 books
- Resume Italian lessons
- Resume cycling
- Go bowling more
- Knit a shawl
- See a live show (either a play or musical, here or in NY)
- Keep a casserole in the house for lunches
I already cook a casserole once a month for my church’s soup kitchen, so I can double the recipe. I’d enjoy the bowling more if I could find somebody to bowl with.
